1.2. By purchasing AI-credits or subscribing to a plan, you agree to this Policy. This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions.
2.1. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, provided the AI-credits were not used.
2.2. If you experience technical issues or if the service fails to function, you may request a partial or full refund by writing to info@feoxo.com with evidence.
2.3. Refunds are issued at our discretion and will be processed using your original payment method.
2.4. We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction with AI-generated content unless a clear platform malfunction has occurred.
3.1. Subscription plans may be canceled at any time. Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
